| 摘 要： | 目的]分析新会区传染病报告及时性. 方法]将2004～2009年新会区在《疾病监测信息报告管理系统》中报告的传染病记录导出为Excel数据库进行及时性的统计分析. 结果]2004～2009年新会区传染病报卡总及时率为81.41％,报告及时率逐年升高,由2004年的55.17％上升到2009年的99.20％ (P＜ 0.01)；工作日与休息日报卡及时率分别是80.05％和72.34％ (P＜ 0.01);县级及以上医疗机构与乡级及以下医疗机构报卡及时率分别是83.56％和74.29％ (P＜ 0.01),乙类和丙类传染病报告及时率分别为78.41％和78.35％ (P＞ 0.1). 结论]设立专职的疫惰信息录入员及疫情管理员,休息日坚持录卡,加强对乡镇卫生院的传染病网络直报工作的培训与督导,可提高新会区的传染病报告及时率.
