摘    要:目的]制定适合于廷边地区人群的半定量食物频率调查表.方法]调查朝鲜族和汉族居民118名,3d的24 h膳食.以累积百分贡献率法和多元回归分析两种方法对食物进行筛选.结果]在朝鲜族中筛选98种、在汉族人群中筛选103种食物,合并同类食物后最终保留121种食物进入半定量食物频率问卷.结论]按照系统方法和步骤制定的半定量食物频率问卷调查表是切实可行的,但需进一步进行效度和信度研究.

Abstract:Objective]To develop a semi quantitative food frequency questionnaire(SQFFQ)in Yanbian region for the related research.Methods]We investigated the three-day 24-hour dietary survey in 100 Korean and 118 Chinese,all the subjects were between 45 and 60 years old.
