| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨阿奇霉素与阴道栓剂联合在非淋菌性宫颈炎治疗中的临床疗效. [方法]选择2009年6月～2010年6月在某院确诊为非淋菌性宫颈炎的156例患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组78例.对照组给予阿奇霉素口服,观察组在此基础上加用盐酸环丙沙星栓.比较两组的临床疗效和不良反应情况. [结果]观察组总有效率为85.9％ (67/78),明显高于对照组的62.8％ (49/78),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)；观察组不 良反应发生率为6.4％ (5/78),对照组为5.1％ (4/78),差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05). [结论]阿奇霉素联合阴道栓剂治疗非淋菌性宫颈炎能够显著提高疗效,比单纯抗生素治疗更为有效、经济、合理,值得临床推广使用.
