| 摘 要： | 脂肪肝的发病率逐年升高,引起人们的普遍关注.脂肪肝的发病机制和防治基础研究,选择一种理想的实验动物模型十分必要.本文采用查阅文献资料的方法,对目前已经建立的包括酒精性和非酒精性脂肪肝等多种脂肪肝动物模型的研究进行综述,为进一步研究防治疗脂肪肝提供基础理论依据.

| Abstract: | The rate of fatty liver incidence increased year by year,which has caused highly attention from population. It is necessary to choose an ideal animal model to make basic study on the mechanism of fatty liver incidence and preventive treatment. This thesis adopt documentary data method to formulate multi-fatty liver animal model,including alcoholic fatty liver and non-alcoholic fatty liver. It provided basic theory evidence for preventive treatment of fatty liver. |
