| 摘 要： | 目的]了解天峨县近6年法定传染病的流行特征及规律,为制定防治策略和措施提供科学依据.方法]收集该县2004～2009年的法定传染病疫情资料,采用Excel软件进行统计分析. 结果]全县近6年报告乙类和丙类传染病共24种3 105例患者,年平均发病率为295.71/10万,其中乙类传染病17种2 522例患者,丙类传染病7种583例患者.传染病死亡人数共12例,人群死亡率为1.13/10万,其中狂犬病患者死亡人数占总死亡人数的50％,炭疽死亡人数占总死亡人数的25％,病死率为16.67％,艾滋病和结核病均有死亡病例.结论]该县发病人数较高的前5种乙类传染病是肺结核、肝炎、痢疾和性病,占总发病率的85.81％,6年中乙丙类传染病病例数均在高位波动,传染病防治工作仍需加强. |
