| 摘 要： | 目的:观察氩激光治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法:应用氩离子激光对早期及术后复发翼状胬肉的新生血管进行光凝治疗,术后随访观察血管及结膜情况。结果:术后结膜无充血,多数细小新生血管消失,少数血管再通。翼状胬肉停止生长或缓慢生长。结论:氩激光治疗翼状胬肉,痛苦小,疗效好,操作简单,对抑制胬肉生长、防止胬肉复发起到较满意的效果。
