| 摘 要： | 目的 观察高脂蛋白血症患者血浆P 选择素表达及普伐他汀的作用。方法 应用酶联免疫吸附法检测 31例高脂蛋白血症患者服用普伐他汀前后血浆P 选择素水平 ,并与 35例血脂正常者对照。结果 高脂蛋白血症组血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇及血浆P 选择素水平均显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,普伐他汀治疗后血浆P 选择素水平显著下降 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 高脂蛋白血症患者血浆P -选择素表达异常可能参与高脂蛋白血症的致动脉粥样硬化作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of plasma P selectin and the effect of provastatin in hyperlipoproteinemia patients.Method Thirty one patients with hyperlipoproteinemia and 35 normal subjects were studied.The plasma level of P selectin were examined with the method of ELISA before and after treatment with provastatin for 4 weeks.Results TC,LDL C and plasma P selectin were significantly higher in patients with hyperlipoproteinemia than those in normal subjects.The plasma P selectin level was significantly positively correlated with the levels of TC (r=0.4934,P=0.001) and LDL C (r=0.4233,P=0.007). The plasma P selectin significantly decreased after the treatment with provastatin.Conclusion The increased expression of plasma P selectin may play a role in inducing atherosclerosis by hyperlipoproteinemia. |
