| 摘 要： | 目的观察小针刀加TDP疗法与针刺加TDP疗法对钙化性冈上肌腱炎的临床疗效。方法对钙化性冈上肌腱炎35例行小针刀加TDP疗法，为了观察疗效设立对照组40例行针刺加TDP疗法。结果针刀组疗效较针刺组疗效显著，两组差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论两种方法均有效，但小针刀加TDP疗效更佳。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effects of little needle knife plus TDP and acupuncture plus TDP on calcified supraspinatus tendinitis.Methods Twenty-three patients with calcified supraspinatus tendinitis were treated with little needle knife plus TDP.For the observation of the curative effect,a control group of 40 patients was established and treated with acupuncture plus TDP.Results The curative effect was better in the little needle knife group than in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two(P<0.05).Conclusion Both methods are effective,but little needle knife plus TDP has a better effect. |
