| 摘 要： | 本文通过对山东省六县三十个乡镇１９８９～１９９３年间各种节育手术６２７２７人的访视，认定手术并发症３９７例，这样大规模的调查在山东以前尚未见报道过。由调查的数据统计分析，了解三十个乡镇五年间各种节育术并发症种类、数量、发生率；分析了影响因素；讨论了减少节育术并发症的对策，促进＂三为主＂工作的发展，为主管部门制定科技管理提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | A total of 62727 cases that under went various contraceptive methods were followed up in 30 towns of 6 county. Among them, 397 cases were found to have complications due to operation.Such a large scale of investigation in Shandong has not been reported until recently. We analyzed the types,until recently number, incidence and the affecting factors of each operating method. We also discussed how to reduce the incidence of the complication of the contraceptive method in order to offer scientific references for the administration units concerned to take scientifically administrative measures. |
