| 摘 要： | 目的：了解经典的钙通道阻断剂维拉帕米和调节内钙释放的药物Ｒｙａｎｏｄｉｎｅ对心肌细胞内钙超载的影响。方法：通过离体大鼠心脏缺血－再灌注方法。结果：发现维拉帕米对钙超载无阻断作用，而高浓度 Ｒｙａｎｏｄｉｎｅ能比较好地阻断钙超载。结论： Ｒｙａｎｏｄｉｎｅ具有心肌保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: The author observed the effects of the typical calcium channel blocking agent-Verapamil and different concentrations of Ryanodine on calcium overload in myocardil cells. Methods: In vitro study of rat's heart, by mean of myocardial ischemia reperfusion. Results: It was found that Verapamil exerted no blocking action on calcium overload, but high concentrations of Ryanodine can better block the calcium overload. Cpnclusions: Ryanodine exerting a protective role on myocardium. |
