胸部创伤X线和CT的应用价值分析

目的：探讨胸部创伤X线与CT诊断价值。方法：回顾分析124例胸部创伤X线平片和CT征象。结果：肺挫裂伤81例，肺不张9例，肋骨骨折合并气胸49例，胸腔积血44例，纵隔和皮下气肿38例，支气管断裂5例，创伤性膈疝3例。结论：CT能明确创伤病变的部位、性质、程度，敏感性和准确性高，检查速度快，可减少对患者的搬动，对危重及复合伤患者应首选CT检查。

Appliance value of X-ray and CT in thoracic trauma

Objective To detect the diagnostic value of X-ray and CT in thoracic trauma.Method X-ray and CT film data of 124 cases with thoracic trauma were analyzed.Results The CT scans showed lung contusion in 81 cases and atelectasis in 9.Complications included fracture complicated with pneumothorax in 49 cases,hemothorax in 44,subcutaneous and mediastinal emphysema in 38,bronchial rupture in 5,and diaphragmatic injury in 3. Conclusion CT can correctly make the diagnosis of position,character and degree of traumatic lesions,with highly sensitivity and specificity.For the patients with dangerous and complicated trauma,CT scan can be rapidly performed and patients may be removed little,therefore,it is the first selected method.
