| 摘 要： | 目的 研究在低流量麻醉时不同年龄对异氟醚肺泡浓度的影响.方法 选择在全麻下行非开胸手术患者60例,根据年龄分为三组(每组20例):1组,66岁以上;2组,46～65岁;3组,45岁以下.测定氧流量为1L/min、异氟醚挥发浓度为1.5vol%时的F_A及F_A/F_1的变化,观察时间为20分钟.结果 1组的F_A和F_A/F_1升高速度明显快于2组、3组.结论 年龄对异氟醚的F_A和F_A/F_1的上升速度有明显影响,老年人快于成年人.

| Abstract: | [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the effect of age on the alveolar concentration of Isoflurane during low flow rate anesthesia.Methods 60 patients were divided into three groups: group l(n = 20):> 66 years; group 2 (n = 20) :46~ 65 years and group 3 (n = 20): <45years. The changes of FA and FA/FI of Isoflurane were recorded at 1L/min of oxygen flow rate and 1.5% Isoflurane during anesthesia.Results The increase of FA and FA/F1 in group 1 was significantly rapid than that in group 2 and 3. Conclusion There are significant effect of age on the alveolar concentration of Isoflurane during low flow rate anesthesia.The FA and FA/FI in the old patients rise faster than that in the young patients. |
