论医院现代化的内涵

医院现代化是医院不懈追求当代先进水平的过程，医院现代化不仅是一个追求卓越和先进的过程，而且是一个随着科学技术进步与发展不断变化的奋斗目标；不仅仅是“物”和技术的现代化，更重要的是观念的现代化；其内容包括思想观念现代化、医疗技术现代化、设备设施现代化、人员素质现代化、医院文化现代化、医院管理现代化等。研究医院现代化必须把握四个认识问题：第一，它是一个动态、发展的概念；第二，要以病人利益为关注焦点；第三，要体现时代特征；第四，军队医院现代化建设要体现其功能要求和自身特点。

Intention of Hospital Modernization

Hospital modernization is not only the process of pursuing modern tech, but also the goal changing with high tech. It is the modernization not only on matter and tech, but on idea. The intention includes modernization of idea, medical technique, equipment, person's diathesis, hospital culture and hospital management, etc. Four recognitions should be grasped on this study. They are: Firstly, it is a dynamic and developing concept. Secondly, we should pay attention to the benefit of patients. Thirdly, it would represent the characteristics of times. Fourthly, military hospital modernization should meet the demand of its own function and characteristics.
