珠海横琴岛嗜人按蚊的生态习性调查及其与陆地嗜人按蚊基因组DNA的RAPD分析

目的：了解横琴岛嗜人按蚊生态学特性以及与陆地嗜人按蚊基因组DNA的差异。方法：生态学调查以及统计学方法研究嗜人按蚊生态学习性；用RAPD-PCR的方法，比较横琴岛嗜人按蚊与陆地嗜人按蚊基因组DNA的差异。结果：横琴岛嗜人按蚊吸人血又吸牛血，但更嗜人血；通宵都有吸血活动，凌晨1～3点是吸血高峰；吸了牛血的嗜人按蚊偏野栖。结论：横琴岛嗜人按蚊与陆地嗜人按蚊基因组DNA有较大差异。

INVESTIGATE THE ECOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTIES OF ANOPHELES ANTHROPOPHAGUS IN HENGQIN ISLAND OF ZHUHAI AND SCNEEN THE DNA DIFFENENCES OF AN ANTHROPOPHAGUS BETWEEN THE ISLAND AND MAIN LAND BY RAPD

Objective:To investigate the ecological characteristics of Anopheles anthropophagus in Hengqin island of Zhuhai and compare the DNA differences of An. anthropophagus between the island and mainland. Methods:The biologic and statistical methods were used to investigate the ecological characteristics of An. anthropophagus in Hengqin island. The RAPD was used to identify the polymorphism of An. anthropophagus in island and mainland.Conclusions:Both bovine blood and human blood are the favorites of the An.anthropophagus, especially the human blood. An. anthropophagus searching blood all night and the peak is 1 to 3 clock in the dawn. It inhabits outdoor after sucking bovine blood. There are much differences in RAPD map of An. anthropophagus between Hengqin island and mainland.
