| 摘 要： | 应用Ｓ Ｐ免疫组织化学法观察乳腺良、恶性肿瘤中ｂｃｌ ２蛋白的表达．结果显示，ｂｃｌ ２蛋白在乳腺癌中表达的阳性率为８１％，在乳腺癌癌前病变中为９３％，在乳腺良性肿瘤中为６７％，各组之间有差别，且ｂｃｌ ２在乳腺癌组织中的表达与淋巴结转移及组织学分级有非常明显的关系，但与肿瘤大小无关

The clinicopathological significance of bcl 2 proteinexpression in breast neoplasm |

| Abstract: | The expression of bcl 2 protein was detected by S P immunohistochemical method in breast neoplasms.The results showed that the positive ratio was 81% in breast cancer ,93% in precancerous lesions and 67% in breast benign neoplasm.The difference was statistically significant in the three groups. The expression of bcl 2 protein was significantly related with lymphnode metastasis and histological grading of breast cancer, but the expression of bcl 2 protein was not related with size of tumors. |
