对社区糖尿病患者开展药学服务的研究

目的探索药师对社区糖尿病患者提供药学服务的效果,指导患者合理用药。方法利用药学知识,结合药学服务实践,开展社区糖尿病患者药学服务的研究,通过特色窗口服务和系列健康教育讲座,以及发放相关调查问卷和宣传资料等形式,探索药师的服务模式。结果医院窗口药学服务可使患者掌握药物的用法和剂量,提高患者对医嘱的依从性;通过社区健康讲座发现,患者非常需要普及糖尿病的基本知识。调查问卷显示,患者获得知识最多的途径是宣传资料。结论药师为糖尿病患者提供药学服务,对于改善患者的用药依从性和控制血糖都有很大的帮助。

Study on pharmaceutical care for community diabetic patients

Objective To study the effects of pharmaceutical care of pharmacists on the community diabetics,and supervise the rational use of drug.
