42株表皮葡萄球菌耐药性分析

目的 了解重庆地区表皮葡萄球菌的耐药状况,指导临床合理用药.方法 采用K-B琼脂扩散法对42株表皮葡萄球菌临床分离株进行药物敏感试验.结果 表皮葡萄球菌对多种抗生素耐药,以青霉素G,苯唑西林,红霉素的耐药性最严重均在80%以上.结论 表皮葡萄球菌的耐药情况严重,临床应根据药敏试验结果合理使用抗生素.

Analysis on drug resistance of 42 strains of Staphylococcus epidermidis

Objective To understand the antimicrobial resistance of Staphylococcus epidermidis causing nosocomial infections in Chongqing.Methods Among the 42 strains of Staphylococcus epidermidis isolated from clinic,the antibiotics susceptibility test was used and the results were analysed.Results The sensitivity of Staphylococcus epidermidis to minocycline,rifampin,amikacin,teicoplani,amoxicillim/clavulanate was higher,and the rate all reached to 80%.Conclusion The drug resistance of Staphylococcus epidermidis is worse.Antibiatics should be used rationally in clinic according to the results of susceptibility test.
