| 摘 要： | 阐明医院管理道德规范有正己之力,是育人之本,有导向之能,有激励之功,有协调之道,有端风之效;管理道德必须体现尊重原则、公正原则、利益原则;管理道德必须与办院方向、办院道路和育人目标联系起来;管理道德规范要结合管理职权和职能去制订,其要害是正知正行、正己正人、正风正纪、正态正言。

| Abstract: | Hospital Administrative Moral Standard has effects of guide, encouragement, harmonization and rectification. Administration should reflect principles of respect, justice and benefit. It should connect unith the purpose and the way of setting up the hospital, with the aim of educating health staff. The institution of the standard should combine administrative power with its function. The nucleus is to rectify opinion, action, discipline and attitude of the health staff. |
