2007—2009年安阳市食品和公共场所从业人员HBsAg检测结果

摘    要:目的了解安阳市食品和公共场所从业人员的HBsAg阳性率。方法于2007—2009年对26 177名从业人员进行HBsAg检测。结果 26 177人中HBsAg阳性者498人,阳性率为1.90%;男性为2.19%,女性为1.77%,二者差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);不同年份间的HBsAg阳性率的差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);不同年龄组的HBsAg阳性率差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论近几年从业人员HBsAg的阳性率呈现出较低水平,但仍应继续加强监测工作。

Abstract:[Objective]To understand the HBsAg positive rate of food and public places employees in Anyang City.[Methods]During 2007-2009,HBsAg test was performed on 26 177 employees.[Results]Of 26 177 employees,498 were HBsAg positive,the positive rate was 1.90%;that of male and female was 2.19% and 1.77%,respectively,the difference was significant(P〈0.05);the HBsAg positive rate was not significantly different between years(P〉0.05),but significantly different between age groups.[Conclusion]The HBsAg positive rate has been at a low level in recent years,but it is still necessary to continue monitoring.
