老年诺如病毒性胃肠炎临床研究进展

诺如病毒(NV)原名诺瓦克病毒,属杯状病毒科,诺如病毒属。传染性强,易在公共场所引起暴发流行,使公众恐慌,造成突发公共卫生事件。NV也是散发性非细菌性胃肠炎的重要病原体。由于NV感染健康成人后临床预后良好,2～3d可自愈,较少引起重视,但在儿童、老年人和患有基础性疾病的成人中可引起较重症状或导致并发症。最新的研究表明,NV感染老年人后,排毒期和病程均会延长,同时产生多种并发症,危及患者生命。现对目前NV及老年NV胃肠炎研究进行综述,为临床深入研究提供依据。

Progresses of Noroviral Gastroenteritis in Elderly People

Norovirus previously referred to Norwalk-like virus.Noroviruses belong to caliciviridae family and norovirus genus.Due to its potent infectivity,noroviuses can emerge as outbreak in the public,causing public panic and becoming a public health event.Noroviuses are also important pathogens in sporadic gastroenteritis in humans.The clinical progress in healthy adults infected by norovirus is mild.The gastroenteritis lasts about two or three days.However,norovirus can cause severe symptoms or syndromes in the elderly and infants.The latest researches on norovirus show that the disease course and the duration of excreting norovirus are longer in the elderly patients.The norovirus-infected elderly patients can be complicated with many syndromes.It can cause death in some old patients.This article reviews the progress on norovirus and clinical features in elderly patients,providing some evidences for gastroenteritis researchers.
