消化道息肉内镜下高频电切除术的应用及术后中西医结合护理

目的：观察金属止血钛夹在预防内镜高频电切除消化道息肉出血的效果及实施中西医相结合的护理方法对术后康复的影响。方法：采用HX-610-135型金属钛夹,应用OlympusGIF160内镜发现病灶,经内镜钳道将止血夹推送器OlympusHX-HX-110QR送出内镜前端,钳夹息肉蒂柄,在止血夹上方行圈套电切除息肉。术后实施中西医相结合的护理方法。结果：15例20颗蒂径〉0.5cm,头体径〉1.0cm的消化道息肉全部成功切除,创面理想。术后实施中西医相结合的护理方法。术中及术后随访3月未发生出血,取得满意的预防出血的效果。结论：金属止血钛夹结扎有蒂息肉能有效预防内镜高频电切除时引起的出血,可提高内镜高频电切除息肉的安全性。实施中西医相结合的护理方法可缩短康复时间、提高愈后生活质量。

Application of Gastrointestinal Polyps Endoscopic Electrosurgical Excision and Postoperative of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing

Objective ： To observe the effect of metallic titanium clip in the prevention of endoscopic eleetrosurgical excision gastrointestinal bleeding polyp and implementation of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing methods for postoperative rehabilitation. Method：Using HX-610-135- type titanium clips and Olympus GIF160-type endoscopic, lesions were found. Olympus HX-HX-110QR type hemostatic clip pusher would be sent front through the endoscopic forceps channel to clamping the pedicle handle of polyp for the purpose of using electric snare to cut the polyps at the top of hemostatic clip. Result：The entire 20 pediele diameter〉0.5 cm and head-body diameter〉1.0cm from 15 cases patients was successfully excised with nice wound surface. After operation all the patients would he implemented the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing, Intraoperative and postoperative patients were followed up for 3 months without bleeding events and achieved a satisfaetory prevention of bleeding effect. Conclusion ： Using the metallic titanium clip ligature, the pedunculated polyps can be prevented from bleeding events caused by endoscopic electrosurgical excision and also can improve the operational safety. The integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing can shorten the recovery time and also improve the quality of after healing life.
