摘    要:目的:观察屏哮饮对哮喘小鼠IL-4、IL-10、IFN-γ的影响。方法:采用ELISA法观察哮喘小鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中IL-4、IL-10、IFN-γ的表达。结果:屏哮饮低高剂量组IL-10、IFN-γ显著高于模型组及孟鲁司特钠组,差异有统计学意义,IL-4显著低于模型组,差异有统计学意义。结论:屏哮饮可通过上调IFN-γ表达,一定程度上调IL-10表达,抑制IL-4表达,达到抑制气道炎症、延缓气道重塑的作用。

Effect of Pingxiao Decoction on Cytokines of Asthmatic Mice

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effect of Pingxiao Decoction on IL-4, IL-10 and IFN-γ of asthmatic mice. Methods:ELISA was used to observe the expressions of IL-4, IL-10 and IFN- γin asthmatic mice bronehoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF). Results : The expressions of IL-10 and IFN-γ of Pingxiao Decoction low and high dose groups were significantly higher than those of the model group and the montelukast group, and the difference was statistically significant. The expression of IL-4 of Pingxiao Decoction low and high dose group was significantly lower than that of the model group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:Pingxiao Decoction can suppress airway inflammation, and delay airway remodeling. The effect can be accomplished by increasing expression of IFN- γ , to some extent increase expression of IL-10 and inhibit the expression of IL-4.
