龙胆泻肝汤、消风散、消风散去荆防方对豚鼠急性湿疹疗效比较

目的：比较龙胆泻肝汤、消风散、消风散去荆防方对豚鼠急性湿疹的疗效。方法：将7%、1%的2,4-二硝基氯苯（DNCB）-丙酮溶液间隔1周,分别涂抹于豚鼠背部去毛皮肤以复制豚鼠急性湿疹模型,口服灌胃给药,并设外用曲咪新乳膏组为药物对照组,据皮损局部的症状评分和组织病理学改变进行疗效评估。结果：龙胆泻肝汤组、消风散去荆防方组的症状评分和组织病理学改变均较模型组有明显改善,龙胆泻肝汤组与外用曲咪新乳膏组无显著差异,消风散去荆防方组优于龙胆泻肝汤组与外用曲咪新乳膏组,消风散组与模型组无显著差异,但消风散组组间差异较大。结论：消风散去荆防方对豚鼠急性湿疹的疗效优于龙胆泻肝汤,龙胆泻肝汤与外用曲咪新乳膏疗效相当,消风散疗效不稳定。

Comparison on Curative Effect of Longdan Xiegan Decoction,Xiaofeng Powder and Xiaofeng Powder without Herba Schizonepetae,Radix Saposhnikoviae for Guinea Pig with Acute Eczema

Objective ： The effect of Longdan Xiegan Decoction, Xiaofeng Powder and Xiaofeng Powder without Herha Schizonepetae, Radix Saposhnikoviae for guinea pig with acute eczema was compared. Methods： 7% and 1% of 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene-aeetone solutions were applied in the back of guinea pig to remove hair skin every other week to copy guinea pig with acute eczema model and all the models were givern durg with oral lavage. The guin pigs treated with triamcinolone aeetonide acetate for external use were enrolled in drug control group and the curative effect was evaluated according to the local skin symptom score and histopathologieal change. Resutls： Compared with model group, the symptom score and histopathological change of Longdan Xiegan Decoction group and Xiaofeng Powder group were obviouly improved ; there was no significant difference beween Longdan Xiegan Decoction group and drug control group （ triameinolone acetonide acetate for external use group ）; the effect of Xiaofeng Powder without Herba Sehizonepetae, Radix Saposhnikoviae group was better than that of Longdan Xiegan Decoction group and drug control group; the effect between Xiaofeng Powder and model group was not significant. Conclusions ： Curative effect of Xiaofeng Powder without Herba Sehizonepetae, Radix Saposhnikoviae for guinea pig with acute eczema is better than that of Longdan Xiegan Decoction. Longdan Xiegan Decoction is parallels with triamcinolone acetonide acetate for external use and the curative effect of Xiaofeng Powder is not stable.
