三七总皂苷中活性单体的检测及体内代谢研究进展

摘    要:现代药理学研究证实三七总皂苷具有抗自由基、抗血小板聚集、扩张血管、改善微循环及抗炎等作用,其有效成分三七总皂苷(panax notoginsengsaponins,PNS)中主要含有三七皂苷R1(notoginsenoside R1,R1)、人参皂苷Rg1(ginsenoside Rg1,Rg1)、人参皂苷Rb1(ginsenoside Rb1,Rb1)、人参皂苷Rd(ginsenoside Rd,Rd)、人参皂苷Re(ginsenoside Re,Re)等单体皂苷。PNS口服难以被直接吸收,必须经过体内代谢才能发挥生物活性。然而迄今国内尚未检索到PNS体内代谢过程比较系统的研究报道。故该文对PNS的检测方法及5种活性单体在生物样品中的吸收分布及代谢等药动学研究进展进行了分析和综述。

Abstract:Modern pharmacology studies confirmed that notoginsenoside could anti-free radical, antiplatelet aggregation, dilate bloodvessels, improve microcirculation and anti-inflammatory and its main active ingredients are notoginsenoside R1, ginsenoside Rgl, ginsenoside Rbl, ginsenoside Rd, ginsenoside Re. PNS is difficult to be directly absorbed after oral administration, which must be metabolized in vivo, and its products can play many biological activities. Up to date, an systemic report on the metabolism of ginsenoside in vivo can not be retrieved in China. Accordingly, the detection method and metabolic absorption of five kinds of reactive monomers are summarized for further study.
