摘    要:目的:建立糖肾(浓缩)丸中黄芪甲苷含量测定的方法。方法:采用HPLC-ELSD法,十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;乙腈—水(33∶67)为流动相;柱温:25℃;流速:1.0mL/min;检测器为蒸发光散射检测器;蒸发光散射检测器参数:漂移管温度:50℃,气体流速:3.0L/min;检测温度:40℃。结果:黄芪甲苷浓度在20.40~224.40μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,其平均回收率99.27%,RSD为0.79%(n=6)。结论:本方法准确、快速、方便。

Abstract:Objective : To establish an method for determination of astragaloside IV in Tangshen Condensed Pills. Methods : The HPLC-ELSD with the Cjs column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (33 : 67) at a flow rate of 1.0 mE/rain and the temperature of column was 25 ℃, the detector was Varian ELSD. The detector drift tube temperature was 50 ℃ and the gas flow rate was 3.0 L/min. The detection temperature was 40℃ . Results : There was a good linear correlation in the range 20.40-224.40μg/mL for astragaloside IV . The recovery was 99.27% and RSD was 0.79 (n=6) . Conclusion : The method was accurate,simple and clipping.
