活血化瘀法在恶性肿瘤治疗中研究

目的：研究分析活血化瘀法应用于恶性肿瘤临床治疗的体会。方法：针对恶性肿瘤的病因机理、用药原则、用药规律等方面具体分析活血化瘀法治疗恶性肿瘤的临床效果。结果：活血化瘀法能够减轻放化疗时产生的不良反应,增强患者免疫力,抑制肿瘤转移,减少扩散,杀灭肿瘤细胞,提高治疗的效果。结论：活血化瘀法可作为中医治疗恶性肿瘤的特色方法,抑制肿瘤转移、扩散,收效甚好,应用时注意和辨证用药相配合,以利于对胃气的保护。

Clinical Study of Promoting Blood Circulation and Removing Blood Stasis in Treating Malignant Tumor

Objective ： To study the experience of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis method used in the clinical treatment of malignant tumor. Methods ： The etiological mechanism, treatment principles and drug laws of malignant tumor were studied for the specific analysis of clinical effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in treating malignant tumor. Results ： The method of activating blood and resolving stasis can alleviate the adverse reactions of chemotherapy, enhance immunity, inhibit tumor metastasis, reduce the diffusion, kill tumor cells, and improve the treatment effect. Conclusion ： The promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis method, as a characterized Chinese medicine treatment of malignant tumor, can inhibit tumor metastasis and diffusion and it should be modified according to the syndrome differentiation.
