中药治疗非酒精性脂肪肝炎胰岛素抵抗研究进展

非酒精性脂肪肝炎（NASH）是非酒精性脂肪肝病（NAFLD）的一个重要病理阶段,可因持续性肝损伤导致肝纤维化,甚至发展成为肝硬化和肝癌。NASH的发病机制尚未完全明确,但普遍被认为与胰岛素抵抗、脂质代谢紊乱、氧化应激和脂质过氧化损伤等几大因素有关,而胰岛素抵抗被认为是NASH发病的中心环节。尽管当前仍没有能够彻底治愈NASH的有效药物,但是已不断出现相关预防与控制的药物。相对于西医而言,中医与复杂疾病之间存在更为匹配的关系,这使得中药在治疗NASH中更有优势。该综述重点论述了中医对NASH病因的解释,以及中药在NASH治疗方面,尤其胰岛素抵抗这一环节的研究进展。

Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment on Insulin Resistance of NASH

Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis （ NASH ） is a significant pathological stage of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. It may lead to fibrosis progress due to continuous liver damage, even cirrhosis and carcinoma. The mechanism of NASH is unclear. According to researchers, it mainly correlates to insulin resistance, lipid metabolism disturbance, oxidative stress, lipid peroxidative damage, etc. And insulin resistance is believed to he the key process. Currenly, even though no treatment has been established, drugs for preventing NASH have emerged. In contrast with western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine （ TCM ） is more suitable to complex disease which made TCM to be widely applied in NASH treatment. In this review, the author focuses on the TCM pathogenesis and the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine treatment in NASH, especially insulin resistance process.
