荔枝草对小鼠小肠运动研究

摘    要:目的:采用炭末测定法观察中药荔枝草对小鼠小肠运动的影响。方法:将70只实验小鼠随机分为阳性对照组(枳壳水煎剂组)、荔枝草水煎剂组(10、15、20、25、30g/kg)和生理盐水组,灌胃3d(均为0.2mL/10g)后采用炭末测定法对小鼠的小肠运动情况进行观察分析。结果:荔枝草水煎剂组对小鼠小肠推进率比生理盐水组的推进率明显提高(P〈0.05);荔枝草水煎剂浓度在10~20g/kg范围内对小肠的推进率逐渐增强,在20~30g/kg范围内其效果逐渐减弱。结论:荔枝草水煎剂有一定的促小肠运动作用,并呈现一定的量效关系,其中以20g/kg浓度的荔枝草水煎剂对小鼠小肠的推动作用最为显著。

Abstract:Objective: To study the influence of salvia plebeian exerts upon mice intestinal motility through carbon powder measurement method. Method: 70 mice were randomly divided into positive control group (fructus aurantii decoction groups )/salvia plebeian decoction group ( 10 g/kg, 15 g/kg,20 g/kg,25 g/kg, 30 g/kg )and saline group ( respectively 0.2 mL/ 10 g ), and after 3 days carbon powder measurement method was adopted to observe and analyze mice intestinal motility. Results : With regards to the impact upon intestinal motility, insalvia plebeian decoction group was more obvious than saline group (P〈0.05); within the concentration range of 10-20 g/kg, insalvia plebeian decoction gradually increased intestinal motility, while within 20-30 g/kg the effect weakened slowly. Conclusion : Insalvia plebeian decoction exerts impact on intestinal motility, which shows a certain dose-effect relationship, among which insalvia plebeian decoction with concentration rate of 20 g/kg has the most significant influence upon mice intestinal motility.
