| 摘 要： | 血管性痴呆（Vascular Dementia,VaD）是中老年人的常见病和多发病,以学习和记忆功能障碍为主要临床表现的一组神志异常症候群。目前国内外尚无确实、有效的方法和药物,而祖国医学对本病的治疗研究源远流长,从中医药辨证论治、专方治疗、针灸疗法等方面论述了血管性痴呆近年的治疗进展情况。

| Abstract: | With the incidence of vascular dementia increasing, it is necessary to study the pathogenesis of vascular dementia by TCM. Early treatment and intervention by traditional Chinese medicine can alleviate the incidence of vascular dementia process and reduce the disease burden on society and family. |
