| 摘 要： | 报告1例泛发性扁平苔藓并发巨大鳞状细胞癌。患者男，20岁。因全身暗红色斑块10年，面部肿块5个月就诊。腹部皮损组织病理活检显示，符合扁平苔藓病理改变，面部肿块经病理诊断为中分化鳞状细胞癌。

| Abstract: | This article reports a case of huge squamous cell carcinoma on the face with widespread lichen planus. The patient was a 20-year-old man and had dark-red plaque on the skin of face, limbs and trunk for ten years. A tumour was found on the face 5 months ago. The skin biopsies showed the typical characters of lichen planus on the abdomen lesion and squamous cell carcinoma on the face with middle differentiation respectively. < |
