TC与CP化疗方案治疗晚期卵巢上皮癌的疗效分析

目的探讨TC与CP化疗方案治疗晚期卵巢上皮癌的不良反应与临床疗效。方法对38例卵巢上皮癌患者随机行TC(21例)或CP(17例)化疗方案,比较两组临床疗效与不良反应的差异。结果两组内Ⅲ期疗效均好于Ⅳ期,差异有显著意义(P<0.05),两组间Ⅲ期与Ⅳ期同期比较疗效差异有显著意义(P<0.05);两组骨髓抑制分级差异无显著意义(P>0.05);胃肠道反应Ⅲ级发生率CP与TC组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05);神经毒性及过敏反应的发生率,两者之间差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论 TC化疗方案疗效优于CP方案,而且毒副作用小,是目前治疗卵巢上皮癌首选化疗方案。

Clinical Analysis of TC and CP Chemotherapy in Treatment of Advanced Stage Epithelial Ovarian Cancer

Objective To explore the adverse reaction and therapeutic effect of TC and CP chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced stage epithelial ovarian cancer.Methods 38 cases of ovarian cancer patients were randomly performed TC（21 cases） or CP（17 cases） chemotherapy program.Comparing the two groups in the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions difference.Results Effect of stage Ⅲ within the two groups were better than in Stage Ⅳ,the difference was significant（P0.05）,between the two groups in stage Ⅲ and stage Ⅳ efficacy over the same period there were significant differences（P0.05）.Two groups of bone marrow suppression was no significant difference in grade（P0.05）.Gastrointestinal reactions grade Ⅲ incidence of CP compared with the TC group was significant difference（P0.05）;Neurological toxicity and allergic reactions difference between the incidence of no significant（P0.05）.Conclusion TC chemotherapy program might be more effective than CP program,and the toxic side effects,should be currently the preferred treatment of ovarian epithelial cancer chemotherapy.
