| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨2型糖尿病合并肺结核CT及临床表现特点。方法 本文40例2型糖尿病合并肺结核患者全部作了常规胸部CT扫描及部分病灶局部区高分辨率CT（High-Resolution CT,简称：HRCT）(High Rate CT简称HRCT），18例作了增强扫描，注射对比剂100ml。结果 本组40例共75个股段发现病变，CT影像以活动性病变占多，其中以实变为主13例（32.5%)、空洞7例（17.5%)、结节和肿块14例（35%)、斑片影6例。（15％）。结论 影像表现的多样性，临床表现不典型是2型糖尿病并发肺结核的特点。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss CT appearance of pulmonary tuberculosis in diabetic patients. Methods: Reviewed CT scans of chest in 40diabetic patients with pulmonary tuberculosis including enhancement after intravenous injection 100ml of contrast material in 18patients. Results: CT imaging showed lesion in 86 lung segments,mainly active lesion as consolidation(32.5%),cavity(17.5%),opacity(15%),nodosity and mass(35%). Conclusion: It was characteristic of pulmonary tuberculosis in diabetic patients that atypical appearance of imaging and mainly polymorphism. |
