Measurement of analgesic concentration in human biological fluids

The analgesics in this paper were used mostly in clinical therapy, such as morphine, codeine, dihydrocodeine, fentanyl, remifentanil, sufentanil, pethidine, dihydroetorphine, tramadol, buprenorpine and methadone. The paper described the determination methods of eleven analgesic drugs, which included HPLC, GC, HPCE, GC/MS and LC/MS/MS. The proposed methods are accurte, sensitive and can be used for the study of analgesics in pharmaceutical therapy.
