灵丹胶囊提取工艺和质量控制研究

摘    要:目的:研究灵丹胶囊提取工艺和质量控制方法。方法:用正交试验的方法优化灵丹胶囊的提取工艺,并制定相应的质量标准和检测方法。结果:确定提取工艺为:用16倍总水量分3次提取,第一次约7倍水提取2.0 h,第二、三次均约4.5倍水,提取1.0 h。含量测定以丹参素为指标性成分通过高效液相色谱法测定。结论:灵丹胶囊最佳提取工艺用16倍总水量分3次提取,第一次约7倍水提取2.0 h,第二、三次均约4.5倍水,提取1.0 h,其丹参素成分可通过两个鉴别方法和一个含量测定法来作为灵丹胶囊的考核指标。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the extraction technology and the quality control for Capsule Ling-dan.Method: Extraction technology was optimized with orthogonal experiment for Capsule Ling-dan,and the corresponding quality criteria and detecting method were set up.Result: The determined extraction technology was as following.Total water of 16 times was divided into three times to extract.For the first time,7 times water was to extract for 2 hours.And for the second and third time 4.5 times water was to do for one hour.Tanshinol was as the target ingredient to detect with high efficiency liquid chromatography.Conclusion: Optimized extraction technology for Capsule Ling-dan is obtained,which includes two identifying methods and one assaying method.
