| 摘 要： | 本文报告我院1987年5月至1990年8月用Nd-YAG激光治疗支气管内膜结核8例,其中增殖性肉芽肿型7例获治愈,瘢痕狭窄型1例无效,无明显不良反应。治疗结果初步提示,Nd-YAG激光治疗对增殖性肉芽肿型支气管内膜结核是一种新的有效方法,可加速局部病变的消除,与抗结核药物相配合,有利于彻底治愈本病。

| Abstract: | 8 cases of endobronchial tuberculosis were treated with Nd-YAG laser, from May 1987 to August 1990, Among which 7 were successfully cured. Only one patient with scarred stenosis of the left main bronchus hadn't any response to treatment. No severe complication was observed during or after the procedure.Nd-YAG laser treatment provides a new curative method for endobronchial tubercular granuloma. To effect a complete cure, more than one year's antituberculosis therapy was necessary. |
