艾滋病行为干预模式在性病门诊中的应用研究

目的评估在性病门诊推广艾滋病性病干预模式在提高性病患者相关知识及安全套使用率方面的作用。方法由经过培训的接诊医生对所有入选的性病患者常规治疗的同时进行相关艾滋病性病知识的宣传教育和行为干预。采用问卷调查的方法,了解其干预前后艾滋病性病知识的知晓情况及安全套的使用情况。结果2003例性病患者参与了本项研究调查,调查发现艾滋病性病知识的知晓情况在不同的文化程度、年龄上有明显差异。对其中1000例性病患者开展宣传教育和行为干预工作,其艾滋病性病知识的知晓率显著提高,安全套的使用率从37.80%提高到63.00%,且在婚外性行为中的使用率高达89.34%。结论在性病门诊推广艾滋病性病干预模式显著提高了性病患者艾滋病性病知识的知晓率及安全套的使用率,对预防艾滋病性病有着重要的意义。

Application of Behavior Intervention in STD Clinics

Objective To assess the effectiveness of an educational intervention program aiming at improving STD-related knowledge and increasing condom use among STD patients.Methods All STD clinic patients were given conventional therapy and instructions about STD/HIV-related knowledge by professionals.Each patient was scheduled to complete the questionnaire regarding STD knowledge and use of condom before and one month after the educational intervention program.Results A total of 2,003 patients enrolled in the study.The result showed that the awareness rate of STD/HIV-related knowledge was significantly different among the different age groups and different education level.One month after the educational intervention program,the awareness rate of STD/HIV-related knowledge was increased significantly,and the percentage of condom use increased from 37.80% to 63.00%,while with their casual sexual partners the percentage of condom use was 89.34%.Conclusion The awareness rate of STD-related knowledge and the percentage of condom use increase significantly due to the educational intervention program in STD clinics.It is of great value to prevention of STD and AIDS.
