摘    要:目的:了解水网型疫区日本血吸虫病流行状况及人体内血清微量元素铁、锌的含量与日本血吸虫感染状态间的关系。方法:湖北省某行政村居民769人为研究对象,采用横断面研究的方法同时收集流行病学基础资料、日本血吸虫感染资料,以及用原子吸收分光光度法检测血清微量元素铁、锌的含量。结果:该村庄总感染率为44、3%,为高度流行区;同性别相同年龄组的人群内感染者与非感染者的人群血清铁、锌含量差别均无显著意义(P均大于0.05)。结论:横断面研究未发现人群血清微量元素铁、锌的含量与日本血吸虫感染状态有关。

Abstract:Objective To further understand epidemiologic features of schistosmiasis japonica in one water-net region and its relationship to the concentrations of serum iron and zinc of its inhabitants.Methods 769 individuals in some villages in Jinagli County, Hubei Province were selected.Epidemiologic baseline materials,Schisotosoma japonicum infection materials were collected by cross-section study method.The trace elements of iron and zinc in serum were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.Results Overall prevalence of infection was 44.3%.It was of heavy endemic.There were no significant differences in average concentrations of iron and zinc in serum between infected population and uninfected population within the same sex and age group for all groups .Conclusion Cross-section study did not find the relationship between average concentrations of iron and zinc in serum and schistosoma japonicum infection in heavy endemic water net region.
