| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜下胆囊切除治疗急性化脓性胆囊炎的安全性、可行性。方法对我院103例腹腔镜下胆囊切除治疗急性化脓性胆囊炎进行回顾性分析。结果103例均进行腹腔镜手术探查。96例顺利完成腹腔镜下胆囊切除术,1例行胆囊造漏,6例中转开腹,中转开腹率为5.8%。结论腹腔镜下胆囊切除术治疗急性化脓性胆囊炎是一种比较有效、安全、可行的首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the safety and feasibility of laparoscopic cholecystectomy used in the treatment of acute pyogenic cholecystitis.Methods One hundred and three cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy performed in our hospital for the treatment of acute pyogenic cholecystitis were reviewed.Results Among the 103 operations,laparoscopic cholecystectomy was succeeded in 96 cases.Cholecystostomy was performed in 1 case.Six cases changed to take laparotomy,the laparotomy rate is 5.8%.Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is relatively effective,safe and feasible.It is recommended to be the first-choice for the treatment of acute pyogenic cholecystitis. |
