| 摘 要： | 目的:验证帕罗西汀与劳拉西泮治疗广泛性焦虑症的临床疗效及副反应.方法:采用随机分组的方法,将符合CCMD-3诊断标准的80例广泛性焦虑症分为帕罗西汀组(40例),劳拉西泮组(40例),疗程6周,用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、Hamilton焦虑量表(HAMA)和副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和副反应.结果:帕罗西汀与劳拉西泮疗效相当,治疗第2、4、6周两组SAS、HAMA及HAMA因子分的减分比较差异有统计学显著性,副反应两药相当,帕罗西汀的主要副反应为口干、头疼、头晕和恶心.结果:帕罗西汀治疗广泛性焦虑症安全、有效,副反应轻微.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical effects and side ef fects of Paroxetine in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorderMe t hods: Eighty patients who met the criteria of CCMD-3 for generalized anx iety disorder were randomly assigned to Paroxetine (40 patients) and Lorazepam ( 40patients) treatment for 6 weeks The clinical effects and side effect were te s ted with HAMD, SAS and TESS Results: Paroxetine was similar to Lorazepam in clinical effect and side effects After treat for 2,4,6 weeks, the scores of SAS,HAMA and factors of HAMA of the two groups were both significantly decreased The side effects of Paroxetine were mainly dry mouth, headache, diz z y and nausea Conclusion: Paroxetine is an effective and safe a nxiolytic agent in patient with generalized anxiety disorder |
