腹腔镜治疗盆腔炎102例临床分析

目的:比较腹腔镜与单纯药物治疗盆腔炎的疗效。方法:将2004年1月至2007年2月我们为102例盆腔炎患者行腹腔镜手术治疗,98例患者单纯药物治疗(对照组),随访3～6个月。结果:腹腔镜治疗后发热天数、腹痛缓解时间、静滴抗生素天数,盆腔炎性包块和盆腔痛发生率等与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜配合敏感抗菌药物是治疗盆腔炎的良好方法。

The laparoscopic surgery therapy of pelvic inflammatory disease:with a report of 102 cases
