| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨声带息肉的手术方式.方法 对182例声带息肉患者分别采用间接喉镜下,纤维喉镜下和支撑喉镜下行声带息肉摘除术.结果 间接喉镜下手术治愈率为95%;纤维喉镜下手术治愈率为96%;支撑喉镜下手术治愈率为96%.结论 对声带息肉行三种手术方式的临床效果无明显差异,根据不同病情选择适当的手术方式是保证治疗效果的重要步骤.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore operating method of vocal polyp.Methods 182 patients suffering from vocal polyp underwent operation(indirect laryngoscope 42 cases,fibrolaryngoscope 56 cases and selfretaining laryngoscope 84 cases).Results The cure rates were 95% for the operation under indirect laryngoscope,96% for the operation under fibrolaryngoscope and 96% for the operation via self-retaining laryngoscope.Conclusion The clinical results of different operation methods have no reasonable difference.A proper operation method is to be chosen according to the patient's condition to ensure a good effect of treatment. |
