综合医院护士群体健康价值及影响因素的研究

目的了解综合医院护士群体健康价值水平,探讨其人口学特征对健康价值的影响。方法采用健康价值量表(Health-Value Scale,HVS)和一般资料调查表,运用整群抽样的方法,对综合医院667名护士群体进行问卷调查。结果该护士群体的健康价值平均得分为(6.08±1.92)分,高、中、低水平分别占11.55%,50.97%、37.48%;婚姻、年龄、文化程度、工龄、职称是影响健康价值的因素,不同人口学特征的健康价值差异有统计学意义(P0.001)。结论综合医院护士群体健康价值水平有待提高,护理管理人员应加强对不同人口学特征护士群体的健康教育,提升其健康价值水平,以增进其健康生活理念和身心健康。

Health value and its influencing factors among nurses from a general hospital

Objective To investigate the health value level among nurses from a general hospital and discuss the impact of demography characteristics on the nurses＇ health value.Methods Cluster sampling method was used,and 667 nurses from a general hospital were investigated by using Health-Value Scale and general information questionnaire.Results The mean score of the nurses＇ health value was（6.08±1.92）,and high,medium and low levels accounted for 11.55%,50.97% and 37.48%.The nurses＇ marriage,age,education level,working age,and professional title affected their health value,and there were significant differences in the nurses with different demographic characteristics（P〈0.001）.Conclusions The healthy value of nurses the hospital should be improved.Nurse administrators should strengthen the nurses＇ health education according to their demographic characteristics and improve the nurses＇ health value,in order to improve their healthy living ideas and physical and mental health.
