性病门诊外来就诊人员艾滋病／性病相关知识调查

目的了解性病门诊就医的外来人员对艾滋病/性病预防知识掌握情况,对安全套使用、安全性行为认知情况。方法对性病门诊求医的外来人员进行问卷调查,内容主要包括患者的基本情况、工作和生活情况、艾滋病和性病预防知识等。结果对艾滋病传播途径的正确知晓率为80.7%~91.4%;性问题认识的正确率为23.7%~71.4%;安全套的认同率为26.5%~82.9%。结论性病门诊医生应对高危人群开展宣传教育和咨询,普及艾滋病/性病防治知识,提高他们的自我保护能力。

Investigation on the knowledge about STD/AIDS among the floating population in the STD clinic

Objective To understand the knowledge of MDS/STD, the condom use and the sexual behavior of the floating population in the STD clinic. Methods A questionnaire including basic situation, the situation of their work and life and the recognition about the knowledge of AIDS/STD, condom and sexual behavior eet was designed, Results The level of correct knowledge for AIDS transmission route was 80.7% -91.4%. The rate of correct sexual knowlegde was 23.7 % - 71.4 % and the rate of knowing about condom use correctly was 26.5 % - 82.9 % . Conclusion The doctor in STD clinic should provide the service of education and consultation and spread the knowledge of the prevention and treatment of MDS/STD and the correct sexual behavior to improve their ability of protecting themselves and correcting the wrong behaviors. And the doctor in STD clinic should make the patients know the right sexual behavior and the criteria of social moral that they should abide.
