| 摘 要： | 目的：观察糖尿病合并皮肤溃疡综合治疗的护理作用与效果。方法：根据糖尿病合并皮肤溃疡的部位、范围大小、严重程度选择不同的修复方法与护理措施治疗。结果：本组41例中除1例死于侵袭性感染外。其余病例均得到痊愈。结论：糖尿病合并皮肤溃疡在综合治疗的基础上及时应用MEBO局部治疗与加强护理能取得满意治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the efficacy of the comprehensive treatment in treating diabetic patients with skin ulcer and the effect of the nursing care.Method:41 diabetic patients complicated by skin ulcer received comprehensive treatment.According to the severity of the case and the position of the ulcer,different repairing methods and nursing meas- ures were adopted.Result:40 patients were cured and one died from invasive infection.Conclusion:On the basis of com- prehensive treatment,timely application of MEBO and good nursing care are important to ensure satisfactory result of the treatment. |
