摘    要:目的观察不同剂量的弗氏完全佐剂对类风湿关节炎(Rheumatoid arthritis,RA)模型复制的影响,探讨RA模型复制中弗氏完全佐剂的最佳注射量,以期为RA的实验研究提供较好的模型复制方法。方法采用"病证结合"复合佐剂性关节炎模型复制方法,即"风、寒、湿"环境因素+弗氏完全佐剂的模型复制方法,观察不同注射量的弗氏完全佐剂对RA模型复制的影响。结果 0.1mL模型复制组有自愈的趋势;0.15mL模型复制组大鼠体质量、跖围改变呈进行性下降趋势,X线可见骨质破坏情况较贴近临床患者骨质的改变;0.2mL模型复制组骨质呈粉碎性破坏。结论 0.15mL注射量可能是RA模型复制中的最佳注射量。

Abstract:Objective Observe different doses of Fletcher's complete adjuvant to Rheumatoid arthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis (RA), this paper discusses the influence of model replicates francois's in model replicates RA is the best injection quantity completely adjuvants, so as to provide the experimental study in RA better model replicates method. Methods Use "disease and syndrome combination" composite adjuvants sex arthritis model replicates method, i.e. "wind, cold, wet" environmental factors + eph's complete adjuvant model copy. Results 0.15mL model replicates rats, weight, a metatarsal wai change sexual down trend, X-ray visible damage is close to the bone, the change of clinical patients bone. Conclusion 0.15mL injection quantity is probably the best model replicates RA injection quantity.
