非勃起状态阴茎海绵体剪切波硬度正常值的定量测量

摘    要:目的:建立性发育成熟期勃起功能正常阴茎海绵体非勃起状态下剪切波硬度(SWS)的正常值范围。方法2014年9月至2015年l1月在我院接受超声检查的勃起功能正常男性100例,年龄18~38岁,平均(29.1±4.3)岁,选用法国SuperSonic Imagine公司生产的Aixplorer超声诊断仪(探头频率4~15 MHz),启动剪切波超声弹性成像(SWE)模式分别对两侧阴茎海绵体进行成像并测量阴茎海绵体的SWS,测量指标包括左侧阴茎海绵体SWS (SWS-L)、右侧阴茎海绵体SWS (SWS-R)、两侧阴茎海绵体SWS的平均值(SWS-M)。计算SWS-M的均值、标准差及95%双侧可信区间。结果所有受试者均成功完成了阴茎海绵体的SWE成像及SWS测量;SWS-L与SWS-R分别为(21.29±3.65) kPa及(21.45±4.26) kPa,二者之间差异无统计学意义(P=0.575);SWS-M为(21.37±3.70) kPa,95%双侧可信区间为20.64~22.11 kPa。结论本研究初步建立了性发育成熟期勃起功能正常阴茎海绵体非勃起状态下SWS的正常值范围,可以为确立非勃起状态阴茎海绵体硬度正常值范围提供参考标准。

Quantitative measurement of the reference value of shear wave stiffness of corpora cavernosa in a flaccid state
Abstract:Objective To establish the reference value of shear wave stiffness (SWS) of flaccid corpora caver-nosa of the man with normal erectile function during the sexual maturity period. Methods A total of 100 volunteers [18 to 38 years of age, (29.1±4.3) years of average age] with normal erectile function, who underwent sonography in our hos-pital from September 2014 to November 2015, were selected as research subjects. The ultrasound device Aixplorer? (Su-perSonic Imagine, Aix-en-Provence, France) was used for the research and the shear wave electrography (SWE) mode was used for the corpora cavernosa imaging and the measurement of SWS. The measurement indexes included SWS of left corpora cavernosa (SWS-L), SWS of right corpora cavernosa (SWS-R), mean of SWS-L and SWS-R (SWS-M). The mean, standard deviation and two-sided 95%confidence intervals (CI) of SWS-M were calculated. Results SWE imag-ing and SWS measurement of corpora cavernosa of all the volunteers were finished successfully. SWS-L and SWS-R were respectively (21.29 ± 3.65) kPa and (21.45 ± 4.26) kPa. There was no significant difference between SWS-L and SWS-R (P=0.575). SWS-M was (21.37±3.70) kPa and the two-sided 95%CI was 20.64~22.11 kPa. Conclusion In this study, the reference value of SWS of flaccid corpora cavernosa of the man with normal erectile function during the sexu-al maturity period was preliminarily established. It provides a good reference standard for establishing the normal value of the stiffness of flaccid corpora cavernosa.
