BLCAP基因在急性髓系白血病中的表达及意义

目的 探讨膀胱癌相关蛋白(BLCAP)基因在急性髓系白血病(AML)中的表达及其与治疗疗效和预后的关系.方法 收集我院血液科2008年1月至2012年12月收治的138例原发性急性髓系白血病患者的病理资料,利用实时定量PCR(RQ-PCR)法检测AML患者骨髓液BLCAP基因的表达,并分析其表达与AML临床病理指标及治疗疗效、预后的关系.结果 AML患者均表达BLCAP,BLCAP的表达在AML患者不同年龄、白细胞(WBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)等指标间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);AML治疗后缓解及治疗后无事件生存的患者,其BLCAP表达高于治疗后未缓解及治疗后复发、病情进展及死亡的患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 BLCAP基因在AML患者中的表达与其治疗疗效及预后相关,有望成为AML病情评估及疗效预测的指标.但这一结论尚需进一步的研究予以证实.

Expression and significance of BLCAP gene in patients with acute myeloid leukemia

Objective To investigate the expression of bladder cancer associated protein (BLCAP) gene in pa-tients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and its relationship with the curative effect and prognosis. Methods The pathological data of 138 patients with primary AML in Department of Hematology in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2012 were collected. The expression of BLCAP gene in bone marrow of AML patients were detected by re-al-time quantitative PCR (RQ-PCR), and the relationships between the expression of AML gene, clinical pathological in-dexes and therapeutic effect, prognosis were analyzed. Results BLCAP was expressed in AML patients, and BLCAP ex-pression in AML patients with different ages, white blood cells (WBC), hemoglobin (Hb) and other indicators showed statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The BLCAP expression of patients with remission after AML treatment and event-free survival was significantly higher than that of the patients without remission after AML treatment and patients with relapse, disease progression and death (P<0.05). Conclusion The expression of BLCAP gene in patients with AML is related to the therapeutic effect and prognosis, and it is expected to be the index of AML's disease evaluation and cura-tive effect prediction. However, this conclusion still needs further research to confirm.
