两种瓷粉及三种纯钛不同组合制作纯钛烤瓷冠的强度对比研究

摘    要:目的:比较两种瓷粉及三种纯钛不同组合对所制作纯钛烤瓷冠强度的影响。方法2015年1~6月分别选用Titankeramik与Duceratin Kiss两种瓷粉以及Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型三种纯钛,设计加工为A组(Titankeramik瓷粉+Ⅰ型纯钛)、B组(Titankeramik瓷粉+Ⅱ型纯钛)、C组(Titankeramik瓷粉+Ⅲ型纯钛)、D组(Duceratin Kiss瓷粉+Ⅰ型纯钛)、E组(Duceratin Kiss瓷粉+Ⅱ型纯钛)、F组(Duceratin Kiss瓷粉+Ⅲ型纯钛)共6组纯钛烤瓷冠样本,分别进行强度测试与扫描电镜观察。结果烤瓷冠强度由高到低排列顺位分别是E组、D组、F组、A组、B组和C组,强度分别为(1571.63±35.91)、(1490.27±48.12)、(1427.69±36.04)、(1413.96±34.82)、(1381.49±36.74)和(1319.23±29.75)。其中A组与C、D、E组,B组与C、D、E组,C组与E、F组,D组与C、E、F组,E组与F组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同厂家纯钛与瓷粉的选择均对烤瓷冠强度有明显影响(P<0.01),扫描电镜观察结果显示,D、E、F组烤瓷冠的钛瓷接合面其钛层与瓷层基底相互交错,形成有一连续的反应薄层,接合紧密且形貌清晰,无明显裂纹与气泡;A、B、C组接合面相对接合不紧密,且可偶见裂纹与气泡。结论纯钛与Duceratin瓷粉所制作的纯钛烤瓷冠表现出了理想强度,建议在临床口腔义齿修复中优先使用。

Comparative study on the strength of ceramic crown with two kinds of porcelain powder and three kinds of pure titanium in different combinations
Abstract:Objective To investigate the strength of ceramic crowns made by different combinations of two kinds of porcelain powder and three kinds of pure titanium. Methods From January 2015 to June 2015, two kinds of porcelain powder (Titankeramik and Duceratin Kiss) and three kinds of pure titanium typeⅠ(Nissin Dental Materials Co.), typeⅡ(Luoyang Ming-tao Technology Co., Ltd.), typeⅢ(Shanghai Cheng Tai Titanium Co., Ltd.)] were used in different combinations to produce ceramic crowns:Titankeramik porcelain powder+ typeⅠtitanium (group A), Titan-keramik porcelain powder+typeⅡtitanium (group B), Titankeramik porcelain powder+Ⅲtype titanium (group C), Du-ceratin Kiss porcelain powders+Ⅰtype titanium (group D), Duceratin Kiss porcelain powders+typeⅡtitanium (group E), Duceratin Kiss porcelain powders+Ⅲtype titanium (group F). Strength test and SEM observation were performed. Results Ceramic crown intensity from high to low was group E, group D, group F, group A and group B and group C, which were (1 571.63±35.91), (1 490.27±48.12), (1 427.69±36.04), (1 413.96±34.82), (1 381.49±36.74) and (1 319.23± 29.75), respectively. There were statistically significant differences between group A and group C, D, E, group B and group C, D, E, group C and group E, F, group D and group C, E, F, as well as group E and group F (P<0.05). The selection of pure titanium and ceramic powder from different manufacturers had significant effect on the strength of ceramic crowns (P<0.01). SEM observation showed that junction plane between porcelain and titanium, porcelain base, titanium base were intertwined in group D, E, F, forming a continuous reaction thin, which were connected tightly and had clear mor-phology, with no obvious cracks and bubbles. The junction plane in group A, B, C was found relatively not tightly bonded, with occasional cracks and bubbles. Conclusion The ceramic crowns made by titanium (Luoyang Ming-tao Technology Co., Ltd) and Duceratin porcelain powder showed ideal intensity, which is recommended for repair in clinical practice.
