精细化护理干预对恢复期精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响

目的：探讨精细化护理干预对恢复期精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法随机选取我院医学心理科2013年5月至2015年5月收治的恢复期精神分裂症患者76例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组38例。所有患者均给予对症治疗，对照组同时给予常规护理干预，观察组在对照组基础上给予精细化护理干预。比较两组患者的康复效果、生活质量及患者对护理的满意度。结果观察组患者的各项康复状态评分以及总体康复效果均较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)；护理前两组患者的各维度生活质量评分及总体生活质量因子比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)，护理后各项评分均较护理前显著升高，且观察组升高更明显，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者的护理满意度为97.37%，明显高于对照组的76.32%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对恢复期精神分裂症患者实施精细化护理干预，可以显著改善康复效果和生活质量，提高护理满意度。

Effect of meticulous nursing intervention on quality of life of patients with schizophrenia during recovery period

Objective To explore the effect of meticulous nursing intervention on quality of life of patients with schizophrenia during the recovery period. Methods A total of 76 cases of patients with schizophrenia during re-covery period, who admitted to Department of Psychology of our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015, were randomly se-lected and divided into experimental group and control group, with 38 cases in each group. All patients were given symp-tomatic treatment, while the control group received routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group received me-ticulous nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The effect of different nursing interventions on the rehabili-tation effect, quality of life and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared. Results The scores of the rehabilita-tion status and the effect of the overall rehabilitation in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of the quality of life and the overall quality of life before nursing (P>0.05). The various scores were significantly higher than after nursing (P<0.05), and the increase in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). The nursing sat-isfaction in the experimental group (97.37%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (76.32%), P<0.05. Conclusion Meticulous nursing intervention for patients with schizophrenia during the recovery period can significantly improve the rehabilitation effect and quality of life, and improve nursing satisfaction.
