摘    要:间充质干细胞(MSC)是一种多能成体干细胞,在一定诱导条件下可以分化为成骨细胞、软骨细胞、脂肪细胞等多种功能细胞。在骨科领域为各种组织的修复提供良好的细胞来源,是目前组织工程及再生医学领域研究最为深入的种子细胞之一。电磁场(EMF)作为一种非侵入性的物理疗法,在治疗骨不连、骨缺损及骨质疏松等疾病具有良好的优势。因此,近几年对电磁场诱导间充质干细胞成骨分化的机制研究较多,本文就电磁场参数、电磁场类型对不同来源的间充质干细胞诱导成骨分化的相关机制做一综述。

Research progress on electromagnetic fields-induced osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells
Abstract:Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are multipotent adult stem cells which can differentiate into various functional cells such as osteocytes, chondrocytes, adipocytes under certain induced conditions. In the field of orthope-dics, MSCs provide a variety of cell sources for the organization repair, and are one of the most studied seed cells for tis-sue engineering and medical fields of regeneration currently. Electromagnetic field (EMF), as a non-invasive physical therapy, has advantages in the treatment of nonunion, bone defects and osteoporosis and other diseases. In recent years, the mechanism on osteogenic differentiation of MSCs induced by electromagnetic field has been frequently reported. In this paper, we make a review on the relevant mechanism of the osteogenic differentiation of MSCs from different sourc-es induced by electromagnetic field of different parameters and types.
